The Cotswold Way is right on our doorstep
The Cotswold Way is one of Britain's national trails. It is a 102 mile walk along the western side of the Cotswold Hills, running between Chipping Campden in the north to Bath in the south. A scenic, undulating route through quiet countryside following the ridge through the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty via the villages of Broadway, Winchcombe, Dursley and Wotton-under-Edge. The route, taking you through gorgeous villages and close to a number of significant historic landmarks, is an attractive and popular trail that offers beautiful rural surroundings with facilities and services always near to hand.
California Farm is right on the trail and makes a perfect stop-over point at Charlton Kings near Cheltenham.
